FundraisingThe La Entrada PTA is a non-profit organization. We raise money solely to provide programs and services to the students, families, teachers and staff of La Entrada School. We raise funds in the following ways: ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES - Your membership dues of $48 per child fund the majority of our programs and services. ADDITIONAL ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS – Many families choose to provide an additional cash donation to the PTA. 100% of these funds go directly into programs that benefit all children at La Entrada. GIFT WRAP SALES – Our annual, on line gift wrap program raises additional monies for our programs. Giftwrap may be purchased at any time during the year at www.sallyfoster.com. FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY – The PTA raises much needed funds for the purchase of books in the La Entrada Library. BOOK FAIR – The annual Book Fair raises money also for the library to make up for the shortfall in public funding of school libraries.
